Group leader makes the booking	Availability calendar. Book online. Contact us.
Group leader completes the guest agreement	The group leader will receive an email with a personalized link to complete the guest agreement. Timeline: The guest agreement is due within five business days.

GROUP CONFIRMED

Group information	The group leader provides names and emails for each person in the group. Timeline: no later than five business days of completing the guest agreement.
Group members complete the guest agreement	After receipt of the group information, each group member will receive an email with a personalized link to complete the guest agreement. Timeline: Each group members guest agreement is due within five business days.
Payment	Unless group payment is arranged in advanced, payment will be automatically processed on each individuals credit card provided via the guest agreement. Non-refundable reservation fee ($200.00 per person) will be processed upon completion of the guest agreement. Trip payment will be processed twelve weeks prior to arrival.

GROUP UNCONFIRMED OR UNCOMPLETED GUEST AGREEMENTS

Payment	The group leader is responsible for the remaining balance of the non-refundable reservation fee (minimum of $2000.00 per group). Timeline: no later then five business days
Group information	The group leader provides names and emails for each person in the group. Timeline: no later then fourteen prior to arrival.
